Cancellation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen in life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are in effect:

-Rescheduling/Cancelling: A 24 hour advance is required when cancelling an appointment, this allows me the opportunity to fill that appointment. If the client is unable to provide notice I will refer to this policy.

1st encounter will be considered a grace period

                       2nd encounter will be a 50% charge for the scheduled service

                      3rd encounter will be a 100% charge of the scheduled service
 

-Continuous rescheduling/cancelling: After the 3rd encounter a 50% non refundable deposit will be required  to book/hold any future appointments. This deposit will go towards the total of the scheduled service.  At this stage Sonder Sage hair studio LLC has the right to terminate any future appointments. 

    -No call, no shows: If you do not show for an appointment 100% of the scheduled service will automatically be charged. A non refundable 50% deposit will be required to book/hold any future appointments. Sonder Sage has the right to terminate any future appointments. If this occurs more than once the client will no longer be allowed to book with Sonder Sage Hair Studio.

-Late arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will determine if there is enough time remaining to begin your appointment. Any  accommodations made will not alter the service cost, pricing will be the same as the scheduled service. If you cancel a part of your appointment day of, you will still be charged for original appointment

-Holiday policies: During the Holiday season all above policies require a 48 hour cancel/reschedule due to being high demand weeks. *All fees apply to a 48 hour policy.

-Deposits: All deposits are final and nonrefundable. Deposits are the last measure taken to protect my time and livelihood and allow me to keep my doors open. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
